CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND

You have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep any goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. This right of cancellation is in addition to your rights in relation to faulty or wrongly-delivered goods. This is your statutory right of cancellation.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date on which we e-mail you the order confirmation, which is when the contract between us is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the contract is 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods.

The easiest way to do this is to complete the RETURN FORM provided with the goods. You can also contact us uk@joe-nimble.com.

If you cancel your contract or return goods to us we will:

  • Refund you the price you paid for the goods. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods.
  • Refund you within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
  • We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Costs of returning goods

The costs of returning unwanted goods is borne by the buyer.

If the goods are faulty or wrongly-delivered, we will refund the price of the goods in full, together with any applicable delivery charges. We will also either collect the goods from you free of charge or refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the goods to us.

Conditions for return of unwanted goods

  • must not be used;
  • must be undamaged and clean;
  • must be complete (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc.) and in the state the buyer received the goods in.
  • the goods must be in the original undamaged packaging.
